Implants, Invisalign, whitening, a private check-up, an emergency appointment tonight. People search for the treatment, the price and a practice they can trust, usually on a phone. We make sure your practice is the one they find. And the one they book. SEO from £400 a month, local SEO from £250.
Look at what Google suggests when someone starts typing. “Private dentist near me prices.” “Invisalign near me pay monthly.” “Dental implants near me reviews.” “NHS dentist near me taking on new patients.” Each one is a different patient with a different question. Most practice websites answer none of them directly.
Implants, aligners, whitening and hygiene all squeezed onto a single “Treatments” page. Google can’t tell what you’re good at. Neither can the patient.
People search for the cost and for monthly payments. If they have to ring to find out, many won’t.
Next to a practice with hundreds of recent reviews, one with a handful of old ones looks quieter than it is.
Someone searching for an NHS dentist and someone searching for a private one want different answers. If your site and Google profile don’t say plainly what you offer, you get the wrong calls and miss the right ones.
UK monthly volume band and difficulty from Ahrefs (October 2026), then the treatment searches that appear in Google’s autocomplete.
Ahrefs puts “dentist manchester” at more than 1,000 searches a month in the UK, and rates it Hard to rank for. That’s the top band in Ahrefs’ free tool, higher than any trade search we’ve looked up for Manchester.
| Search | Monthly searches | How hard to rank |
|---|---|---|
| dentist manchester | 1,000+ | Hard |
The treatment searches underneath are where most practices can win. These all appear in Google’s autocomplete in the UK, which means people are typing them (autocomplete doesn’t tell us how often):
Notice the pattern. Price, finance, reviews and “taking new patients” come up again and again. Those are the questions to answer on your website and your Google profile, treatment by treatment.
The broad search is the hardest. “Dentist” plus a city is rated Hard because established practices and groups have been at it for years. The treatment and area searches are more specific and the person searching is closer to booking, so that’s where we start.
In October 2026 we checked the websites of five dental practices ranking for a Liverpool dentist search. The sample is small, so treat this as what we found, not a figure for every practice.
Compare that with trades, where several of the sites we checked had no tap-to-call link at all. Dental practices have mostly sorted the basics. So the practices that pull ahead do it on the next layer. A page for each treatment, more and better reviews, a complete Google profile and the technical details others have missed.
You won’t usually start by beating the biggest practices for “dentist” plus your city. You can start winning the searches that bring in the patients you actually want.
Anything clinical we write is sent to you to check and approve before it goes live. You know the dentistry. We make sure people can find it.

For practices that mainly want to show up on Google Maps around them.
£250from, a month
Both run on a 6-month minimum, because SEO takes a few months to build. After that it’s month to month. We’ll give you an exact price once we’ve seen your site, your area and the practices around you. Expertise without the overheads.
Wrapd Studios isn’t a dental practice, but it’s a local business that depends on people getting in touch. We rebuilt their website around enquiries and rebuilt their Google Ads around the new site. Their conversion rate doubled. Their cost per enquiry halved. And they had 338 more leads than the same period the year before. For a practice, that enquiry is a booked consultation, and we work towards it the same way.
“They’ve built us two cracking websites, a custom questionnaire for our backend, and have been a huge help with SEO and Google Ads/PPC. Since working with them, the quality and consistency of our leads has massively improved.”
If your treatments are buried on one page, your booking button is hard to find on a phone or your site is slow, SEO is pushing uphill. We build fast websites designed around booking, with design, development and marketing under one roof. £1,000 to start, then from £200 a month for 12 months. After that, the website is yours. Your website, yours to keep. Web design →
Anything else, just ask. You’ll get a straight answer from one of us.
Yes, if that’s what you want to grow. People search for private dentists, private prices and pay-monthly options, and those searches appear in Google’s autocomplete in the UK. We build pages for your private treatments and make your profile clear about what you offer. So you show up for the patients you’re looking for.
For the treatments you want more of, yes. Someone searching “dental implants near me prices” wants a page about implants that answers that question, not a list of every treatment you offer. A dedicated page also gives Google a clear reason to show you for that search.
Very, for the broad searches. Ahrefs rates “dentist manchester” as Hard, with more than 1,000 searches a month. And the five practice websites we checked in Liverpool all had tap-to-call and online booking, so the basics won’t set you apart. Treatment searches, your local area and your reviews are where a practice pulls ahead.
Yes. Each practice gets its own Google Business Profile and its own page on your website, with its own address, hours, team and treatments. That gives each location its own chance in the map results around it.
Ask, consistently. We set up a simple link you can send after an appointment or show at reception. And we help you reply to reviews, good and bad. We’ll never write reviews for you or post them on your behalf.
We do, from a call with you. Anything clinical is sent to you to check and approve before it goes live, because you’re the experts on the dentistry.
Your SEO is carried out by our specialist SEO partner and managed by us. You deal with Dan and Jordan directly. We agree the plan with you, check the work and report back every month. A genuine partnership, without the agency overheads.
No. Nobody controls Google’s results, and anyone who promises first place is guessing. What we do promise is honest work, clear reports and effort pointed at the treatments that matter to your practice.
SEO is from £400 a month and local SEO from £250 a month, on a 6-month minimum, then month to month.
No hard sell. Just an honest conversation about where your practice shows up today. We’ll check your website, your Google profile and the practices around you, and tell you plainly which treatments we’d go after first. The call is over video, so fit it in between patients.
