Yes, a 12-month agreement for the plan, because that’s how the cost of the build is spread. After 12 months there’s no tie-in. Hosting and care is month to month, or you can take the website with you.

How much does a website cost in the UK?

It varies a lot. A DIY template can cost very little but takes your time and rarely brings in work. A freelancer might charge £1,000 to £3,000. An agency build is often £5,000 or more, with hosting and changes on top. Our plan starts at £3,400 over 12 months, with all of that included.

Do I own a pay monthly website?

With most providers, no. You rent it, and it disappears when you stop paying. With us, you own the website after 12 months.

What counts as a small change?

Things like updating text, prices, photos, opening hours or adding a new offer. Bigger work, like new sections or extra pages, we’ll quote for before doing anything.

How many pages are included?

There’s no rigid page limit. A typical website has around 5 core pages, a page for each main service and pages for the areas you cover, so often 15 to 20 pages. We’ll recommend the right structure on the first call.

Can I pay the whole amount upfront?

Yes, and you save £400. Pay £3,000 in full instead of £3,400 over 12 months: £1,500 to start and £1,500 when your website goes live. Your first year of hosting and care is included, then hosting and care is from £49 a month from month 13.

There’s no VAT to add. We’re not VAT registered, so the price you see is the price you pay.

What if I want to leave before 12 months?

You have two choices. Leave the website with us and stop paying, or buy it out by paying the remaining balance of your 12 months, and it’s yours straight away.
