Using This Website

• You’re welcome to browse and share links to our website. Please don’t copy our designs, text or images for your own use without asking.
• We try to keep everything on the website accurate and up to date, but it’s general information, not advice for your specific business. Prices and offers can change, and the price we confirm in writing is the one that applies.
• We link to other websites where it’s useful. We aren’t responsible for their content.
• Please don’t try to misuse the website, for example by attacking it, sending spam through our forms or trying to access parts that aren’t public.

How Our Services Work: A Summary

Every project starts with a written proposal and agreement, which sets out exactly what you’re getting, together with our Terms of Service. If anything in that agreement differs from this summary, the agreement applies.

The Website Plan

• £1,000 to start, then £200 a month for 12 months, £3,400 in total. This covers design, build, hosting, care and small changes for the first 12 months.
• Prefer to pay in full? It’s £3,000: £1,500 to start and £1,500 when your website goes live. That includes your first year of hosting and care.
• Once all 12 payments are made, the website is yours.
• After the first year, you can stay with us for hosting and care at £49 a month, or move the website elsewhere at no cost. If you’d like us to handle the move for you, it’s a one-off £250.
• If you want to leave before the 12 months are up, you can either leave the website behind or buy it out by paying the remaining balance.
• The done-for-you option, which adds copywriting, photo sourcing and Google Business Profile setup, is a one-off fee from £900, agreed before we start.
• Most websites go live 3 to 4 weeks after you sign off the homepage design, as long as we have your content.

Monthly Services

Content plans, SEO, local SEO and Google Ads management have a minimum term of 6 months, then continue month to month until either of us gives 30 days’ notice. Google Ads budgets are paid by you directly to Google and are separate from our management fee.

VAT

We’re not VAT registered, so no VAT is added to our prices.

Your Content

You’re responsible for making sure the words, photos and logos you give us are yours to use. Anything we write or design for you becomes yours once it’s paid for, as set out in your agreement.

Late Payments

If a payment is more than 14 days late, we’ll remind you. If it’s more than 30 days late, we may pause work and your website until it’s paid, and we’ll always warn you at least 7 days before pausing anything.

Our Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for anything that can’t legally be limited. Otherwise, we aren’t liable for indirect losses, such as lost profits or lost business, arising from the use of this website. Our liability for client work is set out in your agreement.

The Law That Applies

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales deal with any disputes.

Changes To These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed.
