  • Built for events businesses
  • Enquiries and availability first
  • Yours outright after a year
Why most event websites don’t book

You Sell An Experience. Most Event Websites Sell A Phone Number.

People booking an event are buying something they can’t try first. A wedding, a corporate party, a milestone birthday, a launch. They need to picture it, trust you with it and know roughly what it costs, all before they get in touch.

Most event company websites make that harder. Here’s how.

  • 01

The Photos Don’t Do You Justice.

Your best work is buried in a slow gallery, or on Instagram only, or squashed into tiny thumbnails that load one at a time on a phone.

  • 02

Nobody Can Tell What You Offer.

No packages, no “from” prices, no idea whether you do 40 guests or 400. People who can’t work out if you’re right for them don’t ask. They move on.

  • 03

The Enquiry Form Asks Nothing Useful.

Name, email, message. So the first reply is a list of questions, the conversation stalls, and the couple or the office manager books someone who replied faster.

  • 04

    It’s Slow And Dated.

Events are about atmosphere. A clunky website that takes an age to load says the opposite of what you want it to say.

A great event website does what a great show-round or first meeting does: it sells the feeling. It answers the obvious questions. And it gets a date in the diary.

We know events

Two Years With An Events Business. We Know How It Runs.

Hale Events. We’ve worked with Hale Events for two years, so we know how an events business runs: the seasonal peaks, the enquiries that arrive at 11pm, and the questions every client asks before they book.

What we build in

Everything Your Event Website Needs. Nothing It Doesn’t.

  • Galleries That Sell The Experience

Large, fast-loading galleries of your best work, organised so people can find what’s relevant to them: weddings, corporate, private parties, or by room and season if you’re a venue. Every image is optimised so it looks sharp and loads quickly on a phone.

  • Video, Without The Wait

A short film of an event says more than a page of words. We add video so it plays smoothly without slowing the page down, whether it’s a showreel, a venue walkthrough or a highlights clip.

  • Packages And “From” Prices

Clear packages, or at least a sense of what things cost, help people decide you’re right for them before they ask. Fewer time-wasting enquiries, more serious ones. If every event is bespoke, we’ll explain how pricing works instead.

  • Enquiry And Availability Forms That Do The Work

A short form that asks what you actually need to know: date, number of guests, type of event, budget and location. You get better enquiries, you can reply with a real answer straight away, and every enquiry is tracked so you know where it came from. If you use a booking or availability system, we’ll talk through showing it on the website.

  • Testimonials And Reviews

Kind words from past clients, shown where people are making their decision, next to the packages and the enquiry form. For couples and corporate clients alike, proof from someone like them is what tips the decision.

  • A Page For Each Type Of Event

Weddings, corporate events, parties and festivals are different audiences with different questions. Each gets its own page, its own photos and its own words, so people feel you’re speaking to them.

  • Suppliers, FAQs And The Practical Bits

Recommended suppliers, parking, accessibility, timings, capacity and what’s included. Answering these on the website saves you hours of emails and makes you look organised before you’ve even met.

  • Easy Updates For A Seasonal Business

New packages for Christmas, open days, a fresh gallery after a big event. Small changes are included for your first 12 months, so you send them over and we handle it.

Getting found

Found When They Start Planning. Booked Before Anyone Else.

Event planning starts on Google: “wedding venues in Cheshire”, “corporate event company Manchester”, “party planner near me”. The businesses that show up first get the first enquiries, and in events the first reply often wins the booking.

Your Google Business Profile, done properly. The right categories, lots of good photos and a steady flow of reviews. For venues especially, your profile is often the first thing people see. It’s included in the done-for-you option.

Pages for each area you cover. If you run events across the North West, each area you serve can have its own page, so you show up when people search with a place in mind.

Pages for each type of event. “Wedding planner”, “corporate event management” and “birthday party venue” are different searches. A page for each gives Google a clear match and gives the person searching exactly what they came for.

Content that follows the calendar. Christmas party bookings start in the summer, and wedding planning starts a year or more ahead. Articles and pages published at the right time catch people as they start looking.
