Anti-Bribery Policy
Introduction
The Marketing Guys is committed to conducting business in a fair, transparent, and ethical manner. We have a zero-tolerance policy towards bribery and corruption in line with the UK Bribery Act 2010.
Scope
This policy applies to all employees, directors, contractors, consultants, suppliers, and any third parties representing the Company.
Prohibited Conduct

Bribes: Offering, promising, giving, requesting, or accepting anything of value to gain an improper advantage.

Facilitation Payments: Even small unofficial payments are strictly prohibited.

Kickbacks: Any form of payment made in return for a business favour is banned.

Improper Influence: Attempting to influence a decision-maker improperly, including public officials.
Gifts and Hospitality

Reasonable, proportionate, and transparent gifts or hospitality may be accepted if they are not intended to influence business decisions.

All gifts above £100 in value must be declared to management.

Hospitality involving public officials must be pre-approved by a director.
Responsibilities

All employees must comply with this policy and report suspected bribery.

Managers must foster a culture of integrity and ensure compliance within their teams.

Breaches may result in disciplinary action, dismissal, and/or legal prosecution.
Reporting
Concerns can be reported confidentially to Dan Proctor (dan@themarketing-guys.co.uk). No employee will suffer retaliation for refusing to engage in bribery or for raising concerns in good faith.
